The Plan received 100% approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission. The City and the Texas Dept. of Highway have approved a Traffic Impact Analysis. Environmental Site Assessments reflect no impacts to natural or cultural resources are anticipated as a result of development of the site. Sub-surface geotechnical investigations indicate the land is suitable for the planned project.
