The owner of Oaks of Windcrest is Oaks of Windcrest, L.P. a Texas limited partnership composed of various investors. The general partner is Oaks of Windcrest Development, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company. The general partner’s co-managers are Allied Interests Inc., a Texas corporation and Karam Company, a Texas corporation.

Jon H. Starnes, the owner and president of Allied, is an architect and real estate broker who has developed throughout Texas for over 30 years. Allied Interests Inc. is a multi-faceted company involved with solving unique and challenging tasks undertaken for the benefit of its clients. Karam Company

This is one of the many projects developed by the Karam Company and its president, Eddie Karam (pictured here with wife Ronda). Based in El Paso, Texas, with offices in Austin and Lubbock, the Karam Company specializes in providing opportunities for its investors and stockholders.
